Nothing but positive things to say about Phillips Floors. Knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and helpful. We used them previously and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!
The entire process from the office staff (Gail), sales department (Mike) to the actual stripping/sanding and refinishing (Cliff and team) was more than satisfactory. Everyone was professionally personable and very knowledgeable!! I give Phillips Floors not five stars but ten!!! We love our new refinished hardwood floor! It is absolutely out of this world beautiful!!
Excellent work... nice workers and we were able to work around the disruption for a few days while Phillips' Floors workers did an excellent job. We love the results.
We had a great experience with Phillips Floors from the entire team. Jeremy in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our floor. Scheduling was excellent. Kevin and Ron did a wonderful job with installation. My floors are beautiful and they completed the job quickly, cleaned up each day, and kept us well informed of next steps all the way through. Jeremy P. stopped in to make sure things were going well. We recommend Phillips Floors for your remodeling projects.
Everyone was very kind and professional. Also conscientious of our home and did not make a mess.
We highly recommend Phillips for refinishing hardwood floors in your home. Over several years, they have uncovered & refurbished hardwood in 5 areas of our home. Every time we had an honest quote with good advice, plus professional workers who arrived when expected and worked in an efficient and friendly way. They cared about doing a great job for us. The results are spectacular.
Phillips was incredible to work with for my parents’ floor replacement. Everyone was prompt, professional and easy to work with. Thanks for an excellent experience.
The team who installed my flooring from Phillips Floors did a great job. They were courteous, professional, personal and cared about the job being performed during both the removal and installation of the floor.
Everyone I worked with during the process at Phillips Floors was courteous and professional as they kept me up to date on scheduling and delivery.
